Five Star Windmark Property

We are located in the fabulous Windmark neighborhood only 5 minutes from the beach or Windmark Village. You will have access to 2 swimming pools; the resort - style neighborhood pool which is connect by boardwalk to beautiful Windmark Beach and the heated Windmark Village pool near local shops and restaurants. Our home and in-law suite consists of a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The attached in-law suite has its own bedroom, bathroom, living area and kitchen. The bedrooms consist of 1 king size bed, 4 twin bunk beds and 3 queen beds. The primary bedroom includes a large, en suite bathroom with double sinks, spa tub and separate shower. You will enjoy the back patio for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The kitchen is fully stocked and has top-of-the-line appliances. For entertainment, we have games, 4 bikes, and a ping pong table and beach supplies.

Lack of reviews for a guest or any other reasons where the host deems fit, the host may require an additional deposit from a guest. The deposit amount will differ per guest depending on the situation. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Only 2 vehicles allowed to park in the driveway. No street parking. Please notify the host if you need additional parking. No parking or driving in the lawn or grassy areas. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. The host needs to be notified BEFORE your booking about your pet situation. Dogs only. There is a $200 pet deposit for incidentals- $200 is fully refundable. Try not to allow animals on the furniture. We know that sometimes this is uncontrollable, so we provide a basket of linens to drape across the sofa or bed. Excessive dog hair can lead to extra cleaning fees. Dispose of any dog waste outdoors in a bag. Do not tamper with outside alarm monitor cameras. If you rearrange furniture, please put it back in its original location. Absolutely no smoking inside of the house. If you smoke outside, please respectfully remove any debris. While there are no set times on noise restrictions, please be mindful of our neighbors who are permanent residences. Disrupting surrounding guests and ignoring noise reduction requests from others may result in an early termination of your stay without refund. The most important rule: Have a blast and make the best memories!!! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! NOT FOLLOWING THE RULES CAN RESULT IN A $500 FEE PLUS ANY REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT COSTS FOR INCIDENTALS!!! We do allow pets on a case-by-case basis. There is a pet fee of $150. Please make sure that you have read all the rules.
